What website platform do you use?

All our websites and website templates are designed on the Showit Website Platform. Showit is a complete drag and drop platform to design your website without a need to do coding. It easy to customize and manage on your own, gives you total creative freedom, has amazing customer service, and has an optional integration with Wordpress blog. 

Will I be able to update my site on my own? e.g. change text and colors, move elements...

Yes of course! There's no limit to what you can do with Showit. Our templates are easy to customize since Showit is literally drag-and-drop. No coding needed. You can easily drag-and-drop, replace the text, images, fonts, colors, move elements, tweak the layout, and change as much as you want. We'll also provide you step-by-step video tutorials so you feel empowered to update, customize and maintain your website on your own.

Will you host the site?

No, we do NOT host your site. Dreamers Who Launch only provides the website templates and custom services designed for the Showit platform. Showit is the one who will host your site when you subscribe to their plan. You just need to purchase an active Showit subscription and your own domain separately. If you have a Wordpress blog, they can also help migrate your blog. See more information on Showit's pricing here.

Does this include a domain?

No, we do NOT provide domains. The domain and emails are not included in your Showit subscription. You will need to purchase your own domain and domain hosting via a domain registrar (like Google Domains or GoDaddy). Once you’ve purchased your domain name, you need to connect it to your Showit website. If you need help with this, just submit a request to the Showit support team and they will help you set up your domain with your new site! More info on this here. 

Can you help me customize my template?

Yes, of course, we can be hired to customize any of the templates in our shop. If you don't have the time or experience to DIY a Showit template yourself, let us help customize it for you. The template layout will stay the same but we will replace all the copy, text, graphics, images, colors, fonts and other elements with what you provided. How will a Wordpress blog integrate
and work with Showit?

Each Dreamers Who Launch website template comes with a built-in blog theme for Wordpress. The website pages and blog pages are designed on Showit, but you will still publish blog content from your Wordpress editor. Showit support team can help migrate your blog for you. What if I want to sell physical / digital products or add e-commerce?

You can integrate your website with third-party shopping cart solutions / payment gateway such as Shopify Lite or ThriveCart if you want to add "buy now" buttons and sell a few ecommerce products, digital products, online course, etc through your website. Your clients will see your products via your Showit site but they will be redirected to Shopify Lite or ThriveCart for the actual payment processing and access to the products. This is only recommended for websites looking to sell a few items (less than 20 products). Not recommended if you plan to launch a full e-commerce site. You can purchase our "Add On Page" which you can add to any existing Showit site if you want to sell and add buy now buttons. Our "Add On Page" template integrates with Shopify Lite and works well for small shops with 20 items or less. 

Will this be a worthy investment?

Yes, your website is your online home and is an important investment and using a Showit website is SO worth it! Your investment will pay off almost instantly and wish you could've discovered this sooner! Showit is an incredible, easy-to-use website platform and with our beautifully-designed and strategically-built templates to match, you'll be able to have a website you and your dream clients will love.

What if I need help / support in the future?

The amazing, reliable Showit support team is always ready to answer your questions and help you along the way. You can Live Chat them (from within your website), you can reach out to the user group with questions or you can send them support tickets 24/7. Also, feel free to reach out to us for any questions! We are your Showit web design partner and we're also here to assist with any design questions you have. We also provide access to video tutorials so you can manage your own site.

What is your refund & cancellation policy?

All Sales Are Final. We do NOT accept refunds due to the nature of our services. We do NOT accept exchanges, returns and refunds of the project once the deposit has been made. All payments received are non-refundable in the event the project or relationship is terminated for any reason. Kindly review our full terms here before making a purchase or working with us.

Can you create a custom website? 

Yes, we design Fully Custom Showit websites for all small businesses and creatives in all styles of design.  If you’re interested in a fully custom website, please inquire using the form on our contact page. If you're thinking of working with us, reach out as soon as possible so we can secure your spot! 

Do you offer a la carte services?

Yes of course! If you need to add more custom pages to your site or need anything else for your brand or business, just send us a message via our contact form and we'd love to help!

How will we communicate during a project?

Most of our communication throughout our project will be via email. As we want to make every project an easy, seamless experience for you, we'll be using an innovative tool that lets you leave feedback by typing in comments / revision requests directly on the site. Saves a lot of time & no need for video call meetings or long emails too! This helps a lot in streamlining the process using a clearer, more direct, & easier way to send feedback. 

Can I use the images and text in the website?

Website images used will be from your own files and you must have proper license to use those. The images we will be including will be obtained from free commercial use image websites and are for demo purposes only, so we cannot guarantee they will always be free and allowed for use. Dreamers Who Launch is not liable for your use of any images, custom fonts or graphics you use or add into your website and any licensing/copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of images, fonts and other graphics. Moreover, all templates from Dreamers Who Launch come with a pre-written copy for demo purposes. You are free to use it but we encourage customizing it with your own. 

Will it be optimized for SEO?

Yes, when you create a page with Showit, you can easily add SEO titles, meta descriptions and keywords in the fill-in-the-blank settings so you can optimize each page.

For our Template Customization service and Custom Web Design services, we'll do some basic SEO research for your business and insert keywords into your Page Titles and Page Descriptions to make your site SEO-friendly.

Do I need to purchase the fonts used?

Some of our Showit website templates use font/s that require a webfont license, which will give you the permission to use the font on your website. The font license is not included in your purchase so you'd need to purchase separately. Anytime we use a licensed font – we’ll provide you the links on where to purchase the license for your own use. Details for each on product page. Please note that every customer who uses the template needs to purchase their own copy of the font before they can use it on their website. In most cases, the webfont license is under $50. Custom projects may also need webfont license.
