DIGITAL PRODUCT AND TEMPLATE POLICIES By purchasing any digital product from our website and using any of our services, you agree that all designs are owned by Dreamers Who Launch. You may not resell, publish, distribute, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, or claim any of the designs as your own. You are prohibited from sharing the templates and websites with additional users who have not purchased one.
By purchasing a template or website from Dreamers Who Launch, you agree to display this appropriate credit at all times at the bottom of website templates with an active link to Dreamers Who Launch's website. You may use my templates as a starting point to build a design for your own personal use, but site credit must be "Site Design by Dreamers Who Launch."
Your website will be hosted by Showit, and we are not responsible for the backup, storage, and services provided by them. Please review their terms of service here: https://showit.co/terms-of-service/. We cannot guarantee that our templates and websites will function exactly as demonstrated with new updates within Showit or web browsers.
You must replace the images, custom fonts, and graphics on our templates and websites with your own files and that you must have proper license to use those. Images included on our templates and websites are for demo purposes only and should never be used for your own website. The images included were obtained from free commercial use image websites, however we cannot guarantee they will always be free and allowed for use. We are not liable for your use of any images, custom fonts or graphics you add into your website. Dreamers Who Launch hold no liability for any image licensing/copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the provided images, fonts and graphics.
You also understand that you will need a separately pay a Showit subscription to use our templates / websites, look and pay your own domain, and may also need other softwares, subscriptions or purchases to edit the website on your own. None of these expenses are covered in the price given as Dreamers Who Launch only provides the design. Our templates and website design services only include the share key code to transfer the design as well as some guides, checklists and tutorials.
By purchasing one of our templates and using our website design services, you grant us a royalty-free and permanent license to use representations of your website on our website, and on our social media accounts to promote our templates and work done with clients.
PAYMENTS All prices listed are in USD. Our templates require full payment during purchase and you will receive an instant digital download access to the template after purchase.
For our design services, we require 50% deposit prior to the start of the project, and 50% final payment prior to sending you the share key code or transferring the website for access to the final website design.
PRICE CHANGES We reserve the right at any time to modify my template or service pricing on our website with or without notice. No discounts or refunds will be provided to match any previous pricing you had seen before this change or if templates go on sale after you had purchased.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital products which is a digital download purchase with instant access, no product or service can be returned, refunded or exchanged after purchase. No refunds will be issued for payments already processed. Please check all the information, demo websites, store policy, and ensure you understand what each template / service includes prior to making your purchase.
For our design services, we do not accept cancellation of the project once the deposit has been made. Once the payment has been made and contract is approved, you cannot cancel or refund the payment for your services. Once the deposit has been made, this means you are now entering into a work project agreement with Dreamers Who Launch and agreed to the contract / terms and conditions. SECURITY You agree to only purchase goods or services for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so or for whom you have obtained the express consent to provide their name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information. It is your responsibility to secure your username and password from theft or any other means of unauthorized use that would violate these Terms and Conditions of Use. We do not store any whole credit card numbers or payment information, and instead, these are processed through third-party processors. By using these payment processors to gain access to our products and pay for our services, you indemnify us and you assume any and all risk or liability for the security of your payment details, and you agree to be bound by the third-party payment processor’s applicable terms and conditions of use. By using our website, products, services and/or related materials, whether paid or unpaid, you assume all the risk of your access and any subsequent actions you choose to take as a result of the any information or material provided to you.
