THE LAUNCH

After reserving your project with a Contract and Deposit, you'll receive a link our Shared Google Doc where you'll have an organized list of what to do before your project starts. 

To ensure we make the most of your investment, you will have to complete some homework listed our Shared Google Doc before your dream day – you’ll fill out some comprehensive Fillable PDF Workbooks, Provide Website Content/Copy, Gather Images and All Other Files. All of these will be used for design and development.

CLIENT HOMEWORK

Using the workbooks & files to guide us, our process starts with a strong groundwork of brand personality, core messaging and target audience research. We will build out the brand identity, design concept, style and present a creative direction for your website.

BRAND/
DESIGN STRATEGY

We'll create and present to you Brand Style Guide for the Brand Design including: Full Logo Kit (Including Primary Logo, Secondary Logo, and Brand Icon), Brand Graphics, Colour Palette, Typography Suite, and get your approval before we officially start designing. 

DREAM BRANDING

We'll start by designing the website's homepage only. You can review the homepage and request changes if any. This is a great check-in to make sure we're on the same page. Once approved, the remaining pages will be created as well as the bonus pages & the other website features. 

After the desktop site is approved, the mobile version will be developed.

LEARN HOW OUR FEEDBACK PROCESS WORKS

WEBSITE DESIGN

Once design has been finalized, you'll be asked to test the site completely for final site check and approval. Once final payment has been made, your site will be implemented into your own Showit account. 

READY, TEST, CHECK!

Time to celebrate! We’ll hand off your dream website and you'll receive access to your brand files and access to our exclusive Showit Video Tutorial Course with 40+ video tutorials!

Once our project wraps up, we'll be ready to help you launch whenever you give me the go ahead! This means that we will reach out to the Showit team on your behalf to launch your new website and take care of pointing your domain to the new site.

DISCLAIMER: Showit Subscription is not included in our Web Design Services, hence you will need to subscribe and have an active Showit subscription in order to utilize your new website. You also need to purchase your own domain name which will be your website's URL.  All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product. NO returns or refunds. Dreamers Who Launch is also not responsible for website downtime or hosting. Additional design items require a custom quote (ie: additional pages etc). WHAT IS DREAM WEBSITE IN A DAY / WEEK SERVICE?

Dream Website In A Day is a service where you get VIP TREATMENT for a day (yes one day!), a personalized, undivided attention on YOUR business for a full day. With our Website In A Day service, you get brand new Showit website with up to 5 pages in a super fast turnaround of ONE DAY!

Dream Website In A Week is a package that includes a full custom branding, custom website and custom digital media kit. We'll develop a new visual brand identity and style that feels like YOU, and match that with a custom website that visually and strategically showcases your unique offerings. We also include a custom digital media kit so you can start launching and promoting your brand!

WHAT WEBSITE PLATFORM WILL YOU USE TO CREATE MY SITE?

All our websites are exclusively designed using Showit. We love Showit's innovative drag and drop customizability that gives total creative freedom without having to use code, as well as their amazing customer service (We're sure you'll love it too!). Their sites are 100% customizable, fully responsive, can be SEO optimized, and may be integrated with a Wordpress blog if you want. Please note that you need an active Showit Subscription to use our Website Designs. You will need to subscribe to Showit separately and purchase your own domain. Dreamers Who Launch will only be the ones to design your Showit website.

What do I need to provide?

Prior to Dream Day / Dream Week, you need to submit your Client and Content Workbook along with your website copy, graphics, high quality images, necessary information, brand guidelines or other brand files such as logo, colors, portfolio, team photos, etc and more included in the File Gathering Checklist. 

You'll also need to sign up for a Showit Subscription and send us the login details of your Showit account. You'll need to purchase your domain(if you don’t already have one). 

*All the steps + instructions are organized and laid out for you inside our Shared Google Doc. So don't worry- we make the whole process as simple, convenient, and fun as possible for you. You'll be amazed at how streamlined and easy this project will be!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is necessary to secure your project on the calendar and get started, while the remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and before the launch of your new website. A contract will also be sent over for your approval. Additional pages and features added to your project may need additional fees.

FOR THE "DREAM WEBSITE IN A DAY," WILL MY PROJECT BE RUSHED SINCE YOU ARE DOING IT ALL IN ONE DAY?

Definitely not! As you work with a seasoned designer, we have a streamlined process to ensure that your Dream Day experience runs smoothly and efficiently. You are assured that you get the same high quality of work, but it will happen all in one day so you can get launched fast! The process would also depend upon your timely communication with us along the way. Please make sure that you are free the day of our scheduled Dream Day. We'll update you throughout the day to show you initial design and progress. We also need you to be available to readily answer any questions and give feedback. 

WHEN SHOULD I INQUIRE? HOW SOON CAN WE START?

If you are planning for a launch or need to get your project done soon, please inquire as soon as possible if you want to work with us so we can schedule your project. Before the project starts, we'll also do some client homework. We'll ask you to answer & submit to us the Workbooks, plus gather all the files you need to include in your website and provide us the copy, content and other brand visuals listed on the File Gathering Checklist.

FOR "DREAM WEBSITE IN A WEEK," WHEN WILL I SEE THE INITIAL DESIGN?

We'll start designing your website's homepage only and send you the draft in 1-2 days. Then we will need your approval of the homepage before we continue designing the rest of the site to make sure we're on the right track. Once approved, we'll design all other pages included in this package, plus any additional pages and set-ups. Includes both desktop and mobile design. We'll also insert basic SEO keywords into your Page Titles and Descriptions.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH WEBSITE COPY?

We currently do not offer copywriting services. You would need to provide us the complete copy and the content for all the website pages. The Client and Content Workbook you'll answer would also provide us the details for your website copy. Moreover, to guide you in writing the copy and content, we will send you a Copywriting Guide (included in the Dream Kit), which has prompts that will help you write your copy. 

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY DATE AFTER BOOKING?

If you need to change the date of your Dream Website In A Day for any reason, you must email to let us know that you want to re-schedule. Email us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date so we can have time to adjust our schedule and fill the space with another client. Your deposit is non-refundable but a new project date can be scheduled.

HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE DURING THE PROJECT?

Most communication throughout our project is via email. As we want to make the feedback process an easy, seamless experience for you, we'll be using a super easy and intuitive tool that lets clients leave direct feedback by typing in comments / revision requests directly on the site. Saves a lot of time & no need for video call meetings or long emails too. This helps a lot in streamlining the process using a clearer, more direct, & easier way to send feedback. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

For our design services, we do not accept cancellation or refunds once the deposit or payment has been made. Please read our terms here before making a purchase or working with us.

WHAT IF I NEED HELP IN THE FUTURE?

Current or return clients can hire Dreamers Who Launch for hourly or project-based updates. Please feel free to reach out via our Contact Page for any questions 

Showit is easy to use and with the Showit video tutorials, you can confidently manage your website yourself after we are done with our design project. PLUS to make things as easy as possible for you, you'll receive an our exclusive Showit Video Tutorial Course including a video training complete with everything you need to know about creating in Showit. If you need tech support in the future, the amazing, reliable Showit support team is always ready to help you with your Showit website.
